When to consult

your Reflexologist?

In prevention 

- at least once or twice a year, preferably aux seasonal changes ;

in autumn to boost the immune defenses and thus better fight against winter ailments,

and in the spring to promote the detoxification of the body.

In healing 

- when you have symptoms related to a functional disorder.

Sometimes one session is enough, sometimes several are necessary.

It is therefore impossible for me to tell you in advance the number of sessions necessary to relieve your symptoms.
