In my family, we have always used soft, alternative and complementary medicine to take care of ourselves and naturally relieve certain ailments or functional disorders.
After working as a Teacher of Adapted Physical Activities, I went back to school to become a Social Service Assistant, specializing in the problem of brain injury and disability. I was thus able to work in different care structures, rehabilitation and functional rehabilitation, with of children and adults in situation de handicap.
I then became a Plantar and Palmar Reflexology Practitioner, to continue to take care of people, in a holistic and natural way, in the areas that I love: health - sport - disability - social - relationship help - support.
All this with kindness, listening, respect and discretion, in accordance with my ethics, my values and the Code of Ethics for Reflexology Practitioners.
I regularly continue to train myself in Reflexology, because continuing education is essential for all practitioners. But also to other complementary therapies, such as Bach flowers, aromatherapy, energetics, kinesiology, always with the aim of improving myself, and acquiring tools to complete my practice of Reflexology. Since 2020, I have been training for the profession of scientifically based Naturopath within the AVCN, reflexology being one of the tools of la naturopathy.
